1:1 Executive Coaching

Starting at 6 month min engagement

This is the deep work. Executive coaching with me is a sustained, structured partnership designed to shift how you think and lead — not just what you do. We move through the full arc of the Chemistry Practice Model™: opening the relational gates, activating accelerators, and building the kind of coherent practice that follows you back into your organization.

We meet consistently, work between sessions, and build something that lasts well beyond our time together.

This engagement is right for you if you're navigating a significant leadership transition, stepping into a larger role, managing high-stakes relationships, or ready to move from competent to transformational.

Spot Coaching

Immediate expert guidance and help (90 minutes)

Sometimes you don't need a six-month engagement. You need 90 minutes with someone who can help you see what you're too close to see.

Spot coaching is a single, focused session built around the issue in front of you right now — a difficult conversation, a decision you can't get clear on, a relationship that's stalled. We go straight to the chemistry of the situation: what's working, what's blocking, and what your next move is.

Spot coaching is also how some leaders find their way into deeper work. No pressure. Just a real conversation.

Group Coaching

Minimum 12 months

Some chemistry only emerges in community. Group coaching brings the principles of relational chemistry into a shared learning container — where leaders work alongside each other, not just alongside me.

Group engagements are customized for leadership teams, organizational cohorts, and professional communities ready to build collective chemistry. We examine how trust forms (and collapses) in group systems, what gets in the way of relational coherence at scale, and how to create conditions where your people do their best work — together.

This is not a workshop. It's a practice. And the chemistry you build in the room tends to travel.
